Acceptable Use Policy

1. General Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct
• Interfere with the operation, reliability, or security of the Services
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Circumvent security protections, monitoring, or platform safeguards
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Services beyond authorized use

2. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, generate, or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Contains sexually explicit, exploitative, or pornographic material
• Depicts graphic violence, abuse, or illegal activity
• Promotes terrorism, extremism, or violent conduct
• Exploits, harms, or endangers minors
• Harasses, threatens, stalks, or abuses others
• Violates third-party rights or applicable laws
• Contains malware, ransomware, viruses, or malicious code

3. Workspace & Data Abuse

Users may not:

• Attempt to access workspaces, lists, or tasks they are not authorized to view
• Bulk-export, scrape, or harvest workspace data beyond normal use
• Impersonate other project members or misrepresent their identity
• Use the Services to gain unauthorized access to third-party systems or data
• Share workspace credentials or access tokens with unauthorized parties

4. AI & Automation Restrictions

Users may not use Battle Planner automation or AI-assisted features to:

• Generate unlawful, abusive, or harmful content
• Impersonate individuals or organizations deceptively
• Circumvent moderation or safety systems
• Build or train competing AI systems using content or outputs from the Services
• Extract workflows, models, or system behavior through scraping or reverse engineering

5. API & Infrastructure Abuse

Users may not:

• Abuse APIs or integrations in an excessive or harmful manner
• Overload infrastructure intentionally
• Interfere with platform performance or availability
• Attempt denial-of-service attacks or security testing without authorization

6. High-Risk Uses

The Services are not intended for use in situations where failures or inaccuracies could reasonably result in death, personal injury, or severe physical harm. Users may not rely on the Services for medical diagnosis, emergency response, life-support, aviation or transportation control, or nuclear or hazardous industrial operations.

7. Enforcement

Battle Planner reserves the right, but not the obligation, to investigate, restrict, suspend, remove, or terminate access relating to conduct or content that violates this AUP, applicable law, or creates legal, operational, security, or reputational risk. Battle Planner may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to protect users or the Services.
